Role: Senior IT Service Management Architect

Profile Summary:

In this role you will be responsible for holistically leading our ITSM Architecture and transformation activities for all of Genpact customers.

You will deliver innovative and creative solutions across technology landscape in support of efficient and effective operations.


Job Description:

  • Advise customers on best practices to realize their business objectives by process optimization and bringing automation intervention
  • Ensure technology capabilities are aligned, cost-effectively, with the long-term needs of the business
  • Work closely with current IT delivery team and customer, identify continuous improvement ideas, and create transformation roadmap
  • Define and design solution architecture and lead the implementation
  • Define migration strategy to address the gaps between the current and future state
  • Lead the analysis of the current technology environment to find inefficiencies in current process and architecture and recommend solutions for improvement
  • Coach, mentor and collaborate with technical and architecture team to develop technology architecture to enable business objectives
  • Advise and facilitate customers through strategic planning for transformation roadmap of ITSM processes and technology solution
  • Lead end to end pre-sales activities in close collaboration with IT delivery team and sales team


Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science
  • 15+ years of applicable experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, design, development, and implementation of application and infrastructure solutions at an enterprise level
  • Experience with industry standard technologies, tools and methods including Service Oriented Architecture, EAI, and Application Servers, frameworks, mainframe and databases
  • Hands-on experience in ITSM automation, run book automation, and developing BOTs
  • Experience of leading ML/NLP based technical solution
  • Functional knowledge and experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Asset Management, and Service Catalog,
  • ITIL Expert certified
