Roles and Responsibility :

 

 

POSITION: STORE MANAGER

Job Description:

 

  • SALES, ACHIEVEMENT OF STORE'S TARGET: Looking after Sales and profits of the Store and focusing on achieving targets.

 

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service.

 

  • VISUAL MERCHANDISING: Ensure interior and exterior of Store is maintained to company standards.

 

  • BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Support to Assistant Manager for maintaining revenue, including cash handling, outstanding and delivery of Store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.

 

  • TEAM EVALUATION: Support to Showroom manager to train, evaluate and counsel Sales Staff. Provide a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner.

 

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management

 

Experience: 2- 5 years
