Territory Sales Manager - Network

 


Key challenges will be around:


• Sustaining leadership in a hyper-competitive market
highly regulated environment impedes innovation & creativity
• Maintaining high revenues and profits
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through proper handling of customer service team


Decision level


Prime:
1) Creation of all sales strategies
2) Decisions around processes and systems to be used in the State

Shared:
1) Strategies for management of different product segments and product lines
2) Collaboration with different departments, to better fulfil customer needs

 

Contributory:
1) Development of Sales strategies for the State
2) Decision around trade incentives to be given to the different sales professionals

Educational Level:


A recognized postgraduate degree in Management with specialization in marketing (tier I/II preferably) Working Experience 8-12 years of experience in managing distribution, retail, and key account handling.
Impact of position on:
1. Acquisitions: 250 to 300 CIC Partners per Month

2. Drive budgeted Aided Commerce Revenue from Each CIC/NSE
 

Reportees:

  1. Direct : 8 -15  (Network Sales Executives)
  2. Indirect : 25-30
