CRM-SIEBEL-ADMIN

  • Any CRM Module outside CRM Dynamics and Salesforce. PROJECT'S JD: Must have Skills : Siebel Systems, ,
  • Working in both UNIX and windows environments and DB2 database.
  • Migrating integration components and running sync/async jobs
  • Setting up users, positions and responsibilities
  • Migrating and activating workflows, Smart Scripts.
  • Working understanding of Siebel Development process, architecture, and data model.
  • Writing  Siebel Workflow, assignment manager, EIM and EAI Components ,repository migrations, SRF changes and other deployment activities
  • Writing Shell Scripting
  • Automations through Shell Scripting
  • Strong Knowledge of IP2017 Siebel Architecture including Gateway server Enterprise Server Siebel servers Web Server and Database server Integration
  • Must have extensive experience and knowledge with performance tuning of Siebel implementations
  • Must have experience in TLS configuration
  • Debug issues related to Siebel enterprise and servers
  • Handle daily tasks Siebel Server monitoring Siebel Logs related to Siebel enterprise and servers
  • Monitoring database tasks like backup of DB monitoring DB performance DB server space performance
  • Working on Siebel CRM Call center eService Siebel Service portal application
  • Handing Siebel Production Support Engagements Driving end to end Releases
  • Co-ordinating with multiple third party teams
  • Siebel EAI integrations Web services Migration and Deployment of Siebel Objects from one environment to upgraded environment and other deployment activities
  • Co Ordination with Network Database Administration team for Connectivity Version Patch Update Upgrade and Data backup activities
  • Migrating integrated components.
