Position: UI Delivery Manager

Location: Sector – 59, Noida

Experience: 12 to 16 Years

 

Job Description:

Delivery Manager will be working with Technical SMEs and architects to create solution and generating value adds for customers, working effective POCs and proactive pitches e.g. POVs etc. Can probe the customer and ask relevant questions to get the necessary clarifications on requirements and conveys the same to technical solution teams.

 

 Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the consulting cycle from initial customer engagement to execution further
  • Attending and where applicable leading meetings at all levels with customers, other stakeholders
  • Confirming and understanding the customer needs and requirements
  • Tailoring demos / workshops / presentations in line with value prop and win themes
  • Demonstrating business related solutions ranging from vanilla ADM services around Legacy and DB technologies
  • Works with Technical SMEs and architects to create solution and generating value adds for customers
  • Working effective POCs and proactive pitches e.g. POVs etc.
  • Can probe the customer and ask relevant questions to get the necessary clarifications on requirements and conveys the same to technical solution teams
  • Able to make a presentation of the solution to the client along with win themes
  • Extremely strong written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing roles
  • In-depth requirement understanding skills with strong analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal effectiveness, and positive attitude
