Role: Looking for an MBA HR with relevant years of experience in planning, developing and implementing strategy for HR management and development which will include Talent acquisition, Talent management, and succession planning, Learning &Development designing policies n processes , employee engagement, compensation and benefits, rewards & recognition.
Talent Acquisition
?Recruitment & Selection Process ? Developing recruitment policy, designing structured recruitment process to support hiring volumes, inculcating appropriate selection tools & techniques for effective hiring, developing annual recruitment plan and manpower budget.
?Induction and Orientation - Developing induction and socialization plan and programme for bringing familiarity and synergy of the new entrants with the organizational culture, leadership team, systems and processes.
Performance Management & Compensation
?Performance Management System ? Designing & implementation of the performance Management System, Design the compensation structure for the employees in? both in Sales & Marketing as well as in Factory [Managers & above Category]
Training & Competence Development
?Individual Development Plan ? Design KRA for each participant and outline the Key Development Areas and strength areas and development planning template based on which the Competency Based Training is planned and conducted.
?Training & Development Process ? Designing the system and processes for training needs analysis, developing and implementing programmes and plans for competence gap fulfillment, training calendar, measurement of training effectiveness, exploring and developing innovative pedagogies for enhancing effectiveness in T&D.
HR Process Standardization:
?Ensure all HR Processes across businesses and locations are standardized and documented.
