Roles and Responsibility

1.         Position: Area Business Ambassador

Location : Ambala/ Hisar.

Budget : 5.5 LPA

Experience : 1+ Years

Qualification : Graduate

Job Description:

•                Driving and achieving sales targets

•         Ensuring adherence to systems & processes

•         Recruiting & retaining right team members

•         Managing a distribution network to ensure seamless availability

•         Skill building of team members to improve sales effectiveness

•         Managing the product mix as per expectations of the Organization

•         At least 1 year as first line manager in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical company.

•         Preferably having an experience of handling paediatric and derma segments.

•         Outstanding ability to carry a team and inspire them; Should enjoy travel and being around people.

•         The ability to listen and communicate assertively
