Job Description:

Location : Gurgaon

KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes in Shared Service set-up

Work with global stakeholders to understand business requirements and build local talent capacity. Work closely to streamline processes and build capabilities to perform and deliver requirements in a timely manner.

Driving resource allocation to cater the requirements of various projects.

Define and agree SLAs with key stakeholders, including KPIs, and manage performance

Establish regular communication with stakeholders to share successes and solicit challenges or concerns.

Proactively manage and monitor overall SSC performance to drive accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables

Maintain strong controls ensuring all group policies and statutory requirements are complied with by the SSC team.  Elevate the relevancy and timeliness of the control environment

Seek opportunities to deliver new activities from the SSC

Build a culture of continuous improvement that ensures process flows and standard operating procedures are both kept current and constantly enhanced and improved

Driving key change management initiatives within a high growth environment with ability to influence decision making and balance multiple competing priorities.

Grow the Shared Services from its inception to process ownership and digital excellence.

Effective program management skills including the ability to manage multiple dependencies, stakeholders, and critical path items, proactive risk identification, and issue resolution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Experience:

8-12  years of experience outsourcing industry, preferably in the Medical Devices Industry

Currently leading the delivery of a Finance shared service of a medium to large IT/business process services firm or a MNC In- house center

Demonstrated experience in impacting the quality and success of a finance shared service/analytics business

Strong credentials and demonstrated success in quality and delivery with associated certifications

Experience in leading or supporting IT and KPO/analytics engagements for global teams / clients

Experience in global delivery - onsite, onshore, near-shore, offshore

International work and culture exposure to UK, Europe and US

Six-sigma certification preferred
