JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

DESCRIBE THE MAJOR EXISTING FUNCTIONS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN WHICH YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE.

Regions: Any of 4 to 5 Region / states of India

1.         Issuance of Proforma invoice/Quotation.

2.         Payments follow up with customers and daily collection update with finance team.

3.         Releasing orders for packing and dispatch

4.         Maintaining record management for Projects. ( PMS module)

5.         Preparation of cost estimate for projects

6.         Preparation of MOU or agreement for partners or projects

7.         Commission working for partners in case of direct supply to project site (

8.         Project data updating on project module and project international

9.         Placing Inter-company orders for non-available stock in Tarapur warehouse in standard order format.

10.         Transit damage claims – Registration of claims, follow up with customers fordocuments and resolution of claims.

11.         CAS - Preparing documents for free replacement to customer against defective material and organizing pick up through transporter from customer’s warehouse and updating the same in CAS module.

12.         Ledger reconciliation (quarterly/calendar year/financial year)

13.         TOD calculation for partners – Monthly Quarterly and yearly

14.         Periodically follow up for open orders.

15.         Working on special scheme for partners

16.         Providing Stock availabilities and other queries on phone calls (sales/partners/end customers) & thru E-mail

17.         Regular checking and control over TDS and TCS of Partners.

18.         Working on behalf of co-workers in their absence for smooth functioning of customer care department
