Front Desk Executive
Your tasks:
Position is Based at Ahmedabad and reporting to MD
Support MD for all his work as executive assistant. Coordinating with all
department for reports , meeting etc
Managing complete tours & travel needs of all staff and guests
Manage Office premises & all assets. Control its activities. Maintain and
replace. Manage & Control all supplies of office
Managing all communications needs of staff and guest
MIS , Budgeting and control of related cost and process for payment
Maintain and control petty cash
Data base management. Master filing all SOP
Insurance management
Managing all event
Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by MD .
Your qualifications & Experience:
Should be Graduate from known university. Special skills in business
communications will be an advantage. Versatile in all computer applications.
At least 5+ years in any corporate
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in team environment
